Innova’s Intelligent Clinical Ops™ will be officially released initially in the fourth quarter of 2024, although the system has been operating in numerous SNF facilities since the beginning of the year. Initially the system will be configured for SNF therapy providers, with eventual plans for a fully integrated system offering seamless operation in Assisted Living, Independent Living, Home Health and Virtual Therapy environments, using a single patient record. The system currently accommodates ALF therapy needs when billing can be administered separately.

Initially, Innova’s Intelligent Clinical Ops™ system will be configured for use in Skilled Nursing Therapy. However, the platform will soon provide operation in multiple therapy settings including the Home Health, Assisted Living, Independent Living rehabilitation settings, as well as Virtual Therapy. The system currently accommodates ALF therapy needs when billing can be administered separately. This unified platform approach will enable therapy providers to eliminate the time, cost, training and operational demands associated with complex workarounds and/or managing multiple EHR multiple systems.

Yes, Intelligent Clinical Ops™ will offer full integration with MatrixCare at launch, with PointClickCare available soon. With these EHR integrations, Innova’s API-based Interoperability will provide superior system communication capabilities over the legacy EHR platform currently in use with most therapy providers.

The system does not work in an “offline” mode at this time. However, it does automatically “autosave” therapist notes and other data should the system’s connection be lost. This allows users to save significant time by essentially “starting where they left off” once the connection is regained.

Yes, Intelligent Clinical Ops™ is a fully cloud-based application built on the reliable and secure AWS network – a fully HIPPA compliant and secure cloud-based system by Amazon Web Services.
